A random draw for the Grand Prize will be conducted by a representative of Citytv at One Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ontario, at approximately 12:00 (noon) on Monday, May 21, 2012 from all eligible entries received as of the Contest Closing Date. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone at the number set out on their entry form.
4. There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of the following: ◦One (1) all expense paid trip for four (4) to Tobago. Includes return economy airfare for four (4), seven (7) nights accommodation at an all-inclusive resort for four (4) (to be determined by the Contest Sponsors), ground transportation for four (4) to and from the airport in Tobago, an island and reef tour for four (4) and four (4) hand-made authentic leather items; Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is (TBC) thousand dollars ($TBC,000 Cdn). 5. Winners and travel companions are solely responsible for spending money, tips and other travel and hotel charges not specifically mentioned as part of the prize. Winners and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining their own travel documents such as passport or travel visa in advance of the departure date. Contest Sponsors are not responsible in the event winners and/or travel companions are refused entry to destination country or re-entry to Canada for whatever reason and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeit.
6. If the selected entrants cannot be reached within three (3) business days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill testing question, declines the prize, fails to return a release of liability as specified below, or fails to comply with these rules in any manner whatsoever, another eligible entrant will be selected.
7. The Grand Prize (the “Prize”) must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of at least equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of the advertised Prize in whole or in part.
